BIG FAN of how you solved and articulated such an open ended problem statement. If you could share a few insights on repeated orders, referral rates, NPS, Usage session, order value etc. It would really help me and my company understand the impact this exercise bought to the business. Just the percentage change would give me the idea. This article would really inspire a lot of product teams :)
