I agree that EMT copied the icons and that's why the thermometer icon looks different in visual style.

However the typos in the copies could be because it is coming from the Airlines? Or do you guys write your own copies following the instructions?

I didn't like that EMT is defending themselves by putting customer complaints. I mean it's hard to keep every customer happy. It's not mature to come back with allegations!!
